The one area I hear most people complain abouttheir bellies. They often if they can spot train as in just lose weight in one targeted area. Its impossible. But there are tips you can add to your diet programs to help you target your belly fat and lost weigh fast.

1) Upper belly fat. If youre not exercising and you also like to consume sugary treats and cold sweet beverages, its not hard to pack on fat in your upper belly. I know how hard it is to give it up cold turkey. Not saying this is something you have to do necessarily as Id just like you to switch to eating naturals sugars. It will be tough initially but worth it in the end. Also replace white sugar (in coffee/tea) with honey. And slowly lessen the amount you use in general. Youll reap the benefits, which is the best motivation of all.

2) Lower Belly Fat. If youre a 9-5 at your desk worker and tend to eat at your desk or sit down at your desk immediately following your meal, and/or suffer from constipation, you probably also have lower belly fat. Did you know Elvis Presley died with over 30 pounds of excess fecal matter in his colon? Most of us are not going for the recommended amount of daily bowel movements and thus our food intake doesnt digest probably and expands our lower belly waistlines. One thing that will really help with your diet programs is ingesting good bacteria acidophilus, which is found (sparingly) in yogurts but also comes in a supplement form. Adding this with a fiber supplement and drinking 2-3 litres a day will make a BIG impact on your waistline and constipation levels. If youre not producing 2-3 bowel movements a day, you need to look into additional supplementation.


3) Thick Waist. Having a thick waist is not appealing to most. If this is you, youre probably eating way too much in a day, and/or eating too many rich caloric foods that are not being worked off for you to lose the weight. Next time you sit down to a plate of food try this. Chew each bite 20 times. Digestion begins in your mouth. Think of how hard it is for your body to digest chunks of food. Much of it just rots in your intestinal tract. As well, dont eat the heavy foods first. Start with your greens. Fill up on the natural fiber of fruits/veggies first. This could in fact make you feel full faster, thus allowing you to stop eating earlier and not consuming so many calories in one meal.
