The Diablo III Beta test began in early September, 2011, and is currently in limited "Friends & Family" testing, with the full beta test expected to begin any day now. Blizzard has not said how long the test will run, but they are still aiming to release Diablo III in 2011, which means the beta test needs to conclude by early-November, at the absolute latest.
The Diablo III beta test consists of the first half of Act One, with some story elements and game features removed. The beta test is largely a tech demo, with little game content open to fan feedback; it is not intended to be a full game balance playtest, like many MMORPGs.
The News From tomshardware.com:
Blizzard is giving away 2,000 beta keys for Diablo II on Facebook until December 12.
Did you miss out on gaining access to the Diablo III Closed Beta? You're in luck, as Blizzard is now offering free Diablo III beta keys to fans of the game on Facebook. But the supply isn't unlimited: only 2,000 will be given away until December 12.
Unfortunately, Blizzard's sweepstakes actually started a month ago, but there's still plenty of time to gain access to the Burning Hells nonetheless.

From Player Seeder About Selling Diablo 3 Beta Key :
There is always a way to take back the account. As long as you have bought a game an registered it regarding the starcraft and wow and can provide the Key for the game you can get it back.
From Nizaris About Selling Diablo 3 Beta Key
Hmm... if you're selling the account, how can one be certain that it will remain solely theirs. Would you be guaranteeing an account e-mail change as well?
If you're interested in the Diablo 3, this seems like a relatively easy way of getting your hands on a key. Sure, you might still be disappointed, but it doesn't cost you anything to try and you might even end up with two.
