Step 8: Decide on the Fabric and Color
The deciding factor of the dress whether it is good or not is the fabric used. By deciding on the fabric use, make sure it fits your design and can capture how you want your dress will look like. When choosing the color of the fabric, make sure it matches the color of your skin.
