With the lazy days for summer approaching, there is a whole new feel coming. There is nothing better than chilling out during summer with a cold drink and sitting back in a hammock or fluffy chair. Perhaps you want something more elegant than a lounge and if you have the room, a day bed would be perfect.

Third, make sure you add better lighting in key areas of your room as well. Because it stays lighter longer, it's the best time of year to have more romantic times with your spouse which you can make more romantic by using lighting. You can easily use many of the same lighting ideas we talked about from the deck into your bedroom very easily.

A love chair is another piece of furniture that will work really well if your master bedroom has a sitting area. These are like mini sofas, only longer. They will let you and your spouse cuddle close together and enjoy each others company.

And finally, you absolutely need a good fan to finish off the perfect summer look for your room. It's amazing but this piece can really do and they are not very expensive. There are many styles that will work perfect for you, but the best is going to be a thatched fan or one of the leaf fans. Depending on the type of deck you have, you can also put them out there too.

So make sure you use these ideas to really get the creative juices flowing and make your bedroom a relaxing place this summer. With some luxury bedding and key pieces of furniture, you can have a little resort in your own home.
