In addition to your regular brushing schedule, you should frequently use special cleaners developed directly for dentures. Some people have had success using dishwashing fluid, as long as it isn't too harsh. The best choice, however, is to simply use cleaners that are marketed specifically for this purpose. Many people soak their artificial teeth in ultrasonic solutions when they are not wearing them.
