Deepak Kamani says that even though they are in the process of increasing the number of their owned properties, that management model will not be ignored. The company would also give equal importance and full focus on the management contract model. He says they the company is now seeking for the next project. For that they have spent 200 cores to acquire 6 acres of land. This land is very near to the new International Airport of Bangalore. The purpose of achieving this land was to build a 5 star luxurious hotel in Bangalore at Devanhalli.
Deepak Kamani says that only in one year, Zuri group has achieved a wonderful achievement with unfavorable economic condition. He also says that the company has set an outstanding image through business outlook and the inclination for growth. In 1999, Zuri started his operation in India. Deepak Kamani says that the group has established the first hotel in Goa. After achieving success in establishing the group now wanted to build more hotel of this type says Deepak Kamani. Currently the group is now operating 6 luxurious hotels all situated at various locations in India, Kenya and U.K.
Through this the group even made his image in the field of hospitality.
