Chamanlal Kamani is the founder of Zuri Group Global. He is also the Chairman of the Zuri Group Global. Kamani family includes two sons and a daughter. Deepak Kamani and Rashmikant Kamani both are two brothers of Sudha Ruparall. Chamanlal Kamani is a great businessman having interest in helping local communities, telecommunication, project financing. He was also having interest in establishing exotic hotels and resorts and was doing a business of cotton.
Later both Deepak Kamani and Rashmi Kamani joint their hands in working with his father. Now both are the Directors of Zuri Group Global. Apart from the business work, Deepak Kamani wanted to help social community. He believes that by bringing awareness and education in a various issue, the community strength and community interest increases. He also believes that by doing this, it would help in motivating the community to work together.
And so Deepak Kamani conducted a program Minimizing Environment Pollution so that people come to know the use and misuse of petrol. His foundation had also planted trees in the nearby schools and society. Deepak kamani had also helped the local self government by cleaning the canal of Kumarakom, so that various fields and housing get clean and free-flow of water. He has provided water pumps and torch light to the police station.
In addition in providing help to local social community, Deepak Kamani also helped many poor children and people by conducting educational camps. It is noted that foundation has distributed notebooks and uniform to the poor children. He added that the foundation has actively participated in the cleaning of school with the Chamber of Vembanad in Govt. High school, in Kumarakom.
Deepak Kamani says that the foundation has helped in providing education to 5000 children by donating 20000 notebooks and fullscapes and many education aids. The foundation has also adopted a school that provides education aids such as notebooks, school bags, pen-pencil and slates.
Deepak Kamani had also planned to build hotels and resorts side by side that give great hospitality to the guests. The Zuri foundation had established many such hotels and resort in India and in some countries such as Kenya and U.K. The group had created The Zuri Whitefield hotels in Bangalore, The Zuri Kumarakom; its a Kerala resort and Spa. The foundation had also established The Zuri White Sands resort and Casino in Goa and The Retreat hotel in Goa.
Deepak Kamani says that as the group has set their business in hotels and resorts in Southern part, they are now looking to expand the business in the East India. For this the Zuri Group had invested Rs200 cores on new hotel. After spending Rs 200 cores, The Retreat hotel was established by Zuri in Baiguney, Sikkim. Deepak Kamani Concluded that as this all hotels and resorts provides great hospitality; it is time to take large footprints where the Zuri hospitality signature is experienced by the all.
