When your body is tired you are expected to rest. The best form of rest is sleeping. But if you are staying in a room where everything seems to be messing up with your appetite to sleep, what can you do? Of course you would have to make sure that your place is conducive for sleeping. You can do that by doing one thing- ditch the fluorescent and replace it with table lamps!

5.Boosts memory. Sleep makes you process and remember things better. When you sleep well, you are likely to remember and establish a link to the subconscious mind that makes you dream. This interaction bolsters the brains capacity to remember.

6.Helps you lose weight. If you are not able to sleep well or not sleep at all, your body hormones are interfered causing it to be altered. When that happens the hormones that regulate your bodys metabolism does not function well and thus make you fatter.

7.Reduces risks of depressions. Getting the right amount of sleep helps make the body get enough or the right level of the hormone serotonin that makes you less vulnerable to sadness and depression.

8.Rejuvenation happens when you sleep. When you sleep, the potential energy of your body is converted into energy that helps repair the damaged parts especially on your skin as protein is more active when you sleep.
