We do not have to make sure everyone knows how hard it was and how dedicated we are. We do not have to deprive ourselves of anything to be a success at whatever we are choosing. We just have to believe in it and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

For today, lets copy Debbi Fields. Lets take time out of our day to do something that we really love to do. As we are doing it, lets notice how we are feeling, inside and out. How are we breathing? How are our energy levels? What feels good? What feels not so good? Now, as were doing this thing we love so much, let us look at a few things about work. Please take note if you are running away from something or shoving something down and not dealing with it by working so hard. Lastly, focus on your belief systems throughout this day in regards to work and what you do or dont do for work. Do you really believe you can live the life of your dreams like Debbi Fields? Life changes can come in the blink of an eye. All it takes is going from zero belief to one tiny shred of belief. The Christian Bible talks about all it takes is the faith the size of a mustard seed to create massive changes. You can do what you love. You can be like Debbi Fields and me. I do what I love every single day. We have lots of homework today. Please take some time to do it. It will serve us all well. Make this a fun day!
