Then, expand the server (local computer), right click Web Sites and click Properties.
Click MIME types and scroll down the registered MIME type list to find the .zip entry.
Then you need to click .zip application/x- zip-compressed entry and then click Edit.
Change the MIME types value to application/ octet-stream.
Lastly, stop and then restart the IIS Admin Service to apply the changes.
