For some guys, just the mere thought of approaching beautiful women can be enough to get their heart racing and their blood pressure rising. The catch is, if you don't have what it takes to approach beautiful women, then you can pretty much rule out the chances you will be able to date beautiful women. Makes sense, right? I mean, you are not some Hollywood hunk that has women just running and chasing after you, do you?

You have to make the leap and take the plunge. You have to approach her, if you want to be able to date her. So, what can you do to get over approach anxiety and begin to walk over to any woman that you want without any fear.

Here are some tips on approaching beautiful women you should keep in mind:

1. You are never going to get rid of ALL approach anxiety.

It happens to all guys, even those Hollywood types. Now, they might not have any fear approaching an average good looking woman, but when it comes to approaching a starlet, they feel the same way you do. So, don't expect to get rid of all approach anxiety. Instead, focus on controlling it, so that it does not hinder you in any way at all.

2. Don't assume the worst case scenario.

This is what most guys do when they think about walking over to that jaw dropping hottie. They immediately run through in their mind all of the reasons why they are not good enough. They assume that they are going to get rejected and they start to project an image of lacking any confidence whatsoever. When you do this, a woman can tell. And she is not going to find you appealing.

3. Build on your charm and charisma.

Now, some will say that you are either born charming and charismatic or not. But, that is not the case. Any man can build his charm and charisma to the point where he can approach a woman and confidently know that she is going to be attracted to him in some way. It may not happen overnight or in a week, but it can happen.
