It has always been the trend of our lifestyles to neglect even the slightest stain of blood in stool, but it is also known to all that if this is left uncared for, major health complications would surface in relation to dark blood in poop which appears consequently. The color of the blood in stool differs according to a person's diet. If eating of excessive oily foods and unhealthy eating habits are practiced, then for sure the final result would be having dark blood in poop. The reason for this is very straight to the point. Also, as an advise young people out there: Do not underestimate Hemorrhoids just because you are young: Hemorrhoids does not take into account your age, please take action and put an end to your blood in poop problem as soon as possible.
