When you go back to your typical eating habits again, your metabolism will remain slower resulting in your easily storing calories, causing you to quickly gain more fat. You will experience weight loss by starving yourself, but not as much as you would with a right diet and exercise program. Doesn't it appear desirable to eat a healthy diet and have the opportunity to lose even more weight?

Anorexia can be an outcome of you going on starvation mode. You have a fear of food and turning fat, resulting in becoming hazardously thin and not eating much, if anything at all. Anorexia can lead to a weaker immune system, hair loss and even death. Lots of younger people experiment with starvation diet plans but if you mentally set your mind on starving yourself, it can lead to anorexia which is destructive for the body and your health.

Next up, there is bulimia. Bulimic individuals routinely throw up after bingeing on huge amounts of food so that the calories will not add weight to their bodies. Even though bulimics do not fear food such as anorexics do, they regurgitate the food that they consume because they feel guilt-ridden for eating such large amounts. You can't tell if somebody has bulimia as their body weight doesnt fluctuate too much, whereas with the other diets you can see people losing weight. Vomiting your food is dangerous for your body. It can have negative outcomes on your heart, liver and kidneys. Stomach ulcers may come about because of the regullar vomiting of food. Your teeth and esophagus might as well be destroyed by the stomach acid. Acid stings and there's no exception when it comes to your throat. Constant regurgitating of your food can cause extreme damage to your body.

For optimum results, go for healthy foods and eat sensibly. Ingest smaller portions and cut back on unhealthy foods. It is possible to truly lose weight without trying such risky methods.
