Skin Eruptions: It is advised half glass of cucumber juice mixed with alfalfa, carrot and lettuce juice should be consumed one time a day to have beneficial results.

Beauty Aid: Cucumber is ideal for beauty aid. Grated cucumber if applied over the face and neck for 20 minutes proves to be the best tonic for skin. The regular usage of cucumber in diet prevents wrinkles, dryness, blackheads and pimples on the face.
