Csi: Secondary Characters

In this article, we will look at the secondary characters of the CSI series. The recurring minor characters in CSI TV series are:

James (Jim) Brass (1-season in progress), starring Paul Guilfoyle. A homicide Captain, Brass previously occupied the role of Grissom, who was replaced by a judge. He is divorced and his relationship with his daughter Ellie is in disarray, most of the conversations between the two are very confrontational. A major characteristic of Brass's character is his sarcastic and provocative attitude towards the suspects.

Albert "Al" Robbins (1-seasons in progress), played by Robert David Hall. Dr. Robbins is a pathologist, boss - by seniority of the doctors of the department. He joined the cast by the official third season (in the past he was only a recurring character).

Sofia Curtis (Seasons 5-8), played by Louise Lombard. Detective of the Homicide Squad, Sofia is the daughter of the former head of the police department in Las Vegas. She has a strong and determined character but she often reveals his gentleness and humanity. From the seventh season on she joined the permanent cast of the series. Previously (from the fourth season) Sofia was working during the day shift, appearing in only a few episodes.

Michael Keppler (season 7), played by Liev Schreiber. A homicide detective of a forensic team, Keppler comes from Baltimore and arrives in Las Vegas to strengthen the team (given the temporary absence of Grissom during the seventh season). His approach to cases sometimes seems less scientific and more rational, more in search of "why" to "how". His stay in the team of Las Vegas takes only 4 episodes.

David Hodges (Seasons 4-in progress), played by Wallace Langham. He joins the cast from the official start of season eight (previously he was only a recurring CSI character).

Wendy Simms (seasons 6-10), played by Liz Vassey She joins the cast from the official tenth season (previously she was only a recurring CSI character).
Henry Andrews (seasons 5-8), played by Jon Wellner.
Jacqui Franco (seasons 3-5), played by Romy Rosemont.
Ronnie Litre (seasons 1-5), played by Eric Stonestreet.
Charlotte Meridian (seasons 1-2), played by Susan Gibney.
