Its always supposed that only straight hairs can be head turners; but the whole concept is mistaken. Wash: For wavy and curly hair, its best to keep it soft and smooth. So the premiere step is to moisturize it with shampoo and conditioner. While conditioning, set the conditioner for 5 minutes before rinsing.



Towel Dry: Keep the head upside down and brush it with the fingers, then gently enclose the hair with the towel. Now twist it up and stand upright and allow it to rest there. For this, just tuck the end of the towel at the back of the head. Allow hair to dry for a few minutes.
Finger Comb: After the towel is removed, brush the hair with your fingers. This helps to remove the tangles and smooth the hair. This is necessary to hold the shape while the twisting starts. Remember not to use the bush or comb, as it removes the natural wave and makes it frizzy and pouf.
Mousse: This is an important step to create soft curls, as it helps to hold the shape and keeps away the frizz. It must be applied in large quantity throughout the hair to get the desired result.

Twist: Seize a small section of the hair and twist it from the root to end. If the section is smaller then the hair will become wavier. After all the twisting, allow the hair to air dry. But remain very alert to see whether any of them have untwisted, if so, twist it again. If the hair dries before twisting, mist it with water and then move on to twist it.
Dry: The last step to create soft waves is letting the hair to air dry. A hair dryer on a low speed can be used to speed up the drying time. After the hair is fully dried, run the fingers gently through the sections and untwist and separate them.
