You should always include fresh water during your cleanse. Drink around six glasses per day but not all at once. You can also replace unhealthy soda or sports drinks with healthier herbal iced teas and diluted fruit juices.

As your body cleanses, toxins and waste are removed. They are transported through your blood and lymph as your body attempts to get them out. You can help by drinking water and teas to help this natural cleansing process.

Another addition to your body cleanse is to add a daily fiber supplement. They come in pill or a powder form that you can mix with water or diluted fruit juice to make it taste better. These types of fiber help clear waste and can help lower bad cholesterol as well.

Fiber helps your body remove this more easily. Be sure to drink plenty of water so the fiber works and does not get stuck inside your pipes.

To compensate, a nutritional supplement made from the whole plant can help you feel better during your body cleanse. These contain natural phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals and are easier to digest since they are natural.
