  • Never use sweetened juice of cranberry, as they do not help in detoxification process.
  • Always dilute one part of unsweetened cranberry juice with three parts of water.
  • Avoid cocktail consisting juice of cranberry.
  • Check the label before purchasing any packet of this juice.
  • You may add psullium ad pectin to the drink. As these ingredients fill the intestinal tract, make sure that you are drinking ample amount of water to flush out these matter.
  • Gradually and steadily introduce yourself to food, so that it does not leave any bad impact on the organs.
