You can start by getting a small cup, about eight ounces worth would be good. When ordering, ask for your coffee to be made with fat free milk. This will save you up to about 75 grams of fat. Use a sugar substitute instead of regular sugar. You should always order coffee without whipped cream, coffee syrups and so forth, when you are trying to reduce the calories in the coffee. A good way to limit the calories is to stay away from more than one or two cups.

You know that in order to burn off the calories in one fancy coffee drink you would have to walk for 1 hour. This would only burn off the special coffee calories and nothing else. These are some of the ways counting the calories in coffee while dieting will help you.
