How a Cosmetic Dentist for Sonterra San Antonio TX Looks at Other's Smiles - His Surprise...

I recently made my way around the Sonterra neighborhood in San Antonio, and I was really surprised by how many people I met had really wonderful smiles and almost perfect teeth. And I noticed this, no matter if I was at HEB, Wildfish,Yardley's, or Costco. Now, to be fair, I also noticed some people who were in need of some dental services as well.

So I started wondering about this, being a cosmetic dentist myself for Sonterra area residents, what motivated all these people to get dental care to have such beautiful smiles.

Thinking about this, led me to make a video to show what we do in our office for area residents. You will find a link to it at the bottom of this article.

And I recalled some of the comments and motivations that my patients have told me about over the 30 years since I began practice as a cosmetic dentist.

My patients in the area are to a large extent upper class professionals who are competing for jobs and relationships with other upper class residents and professionals. They've made such comments as, "I want to have a beautiful smile because the people that I meet expect me to look my best."

"I want to be more self confident so I can get the best of what life has to offer for me, and also help my family and others along the way."

"I want to get recognized for a job promotion or start a new relationship with someone and I want to look my best."

"I want to be happy, with a happy smile, and make others happy - especially my children and grandchildren."

Well it has been said that people are most concerned about their friends and family, money, and their careers. So this made sense to me and why the people I saw had these beautiful smiles.

I'll let you in on a little secret - as a dentist, when I see anyone, I naturally look at their teeth and their smiles. I've been doing it for so long now, it's just become second nature to me. And I always think to myself - How could I make a better smile for that person?

Well over the years, I have always wanted to make smiles better to give people more self confidence, give them a better appearance when they smile, and hopefully, by giving them a better smile, assist them toward achieving their life goals. To be honest with you, these are the real reasons people get cosmetic dentistry services.

And I never get tired of doing it. In fact I feel rewarded every time I can help someone as a cosmetic dentist for our area residents of the Sonterra neighborhood in San Antonio TX.
