Training events are another area where numbers can vary. Our venues include classroom-style meeting rooms seating up to 540 trainees, and breakout areas for small breakaway groups of just a few people a common event in hands on sessions. Naturally, training often requires the use of extra equipment; for example, you may need a bank of PCs, a video screen or even extra furniture. We can provide all this and anything else you need to assist learning you just need to arrange it in advance. Your Dedicated Meetings Host will be with you from the moment the booking is made, to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

Sports arenas are widely used as corporate venues. As well as large conventions and trade shows, the sports events themselves are popular sources of corporate hospitality inspiration, especially as most arenas double as concert stadiums. At Antwerp, we have a hotel adjacent to the Sportpaleis, which has an extensive sports and concert program that can be utilised for Corporate Events.

In Benelux cities from Liege to Maastricht, there are endless opportunities for team-building and staff motivation activities, where the sporting activity is provided by you.
