Coping With Stress: Will Emf Protection Help You?

By:

Coping with stress is a life skill that can be mastered. With so many stress related diseases you have to do your part to stay physically and emotionally healthy. But what about sources of stress you cannot see? Could electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) be making your body work too hard to shed stress? Is it all nonsense? And how would you know?

Know Your Stressors -- Make a List.
Stress can become so much a part of your normal pattern that it does not register to your conscious mind. That is the primary reason it seems so easy to keep adding it on until a system breaks down in illness or accident. A personal list will help you stop pushing and give yourself a break.

What are your obvious sources of stress?
You may be coping with grief, a new job, a move, family conflict or the birth of a child. Remember that even positive things create stress because they require change. Naming your stress makes it more manageable.

Not quite as obvious is the secondary stress.
Do you breathe more shallowly, restrict your movement, tighten muscles, change eating and sleeping patterns, drink less water or otherwise ignore your bodily needs? These actions increase stress levels and make you accident and illness prone. Awareness, taking deep breaths, a 10 minute nap, or staying hydrated can make big differences in getting you through stressful times. They may seem simplistic, but little things like this each kick you out of the danger zone of a high stress response.

Subliminal Stress of Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMFs) - Is it real? There is good science on both sides and many contradictory interpretations of the same studies. So, the controversy rages.

It is true that human body is a bio-electromagnetic system. Although its intricate structure can adapt to change, the rapid boom in electrical appliances, power lines, cell towers, computers, cordless and wifi technology has not given the body time to adapt. Some research finds, among other things, that these increased EMFs continuously impact the nervous system, which set off the fight or flight response and elevate stress hormone levels. This subtle attack slowly erodes the immune system.

Will EMF protection help your body cope with stress? For the many people who have recognized sensitivity to these manmade EMFs, the standard approaches to coping with stress are not enough. While waiting for scientists to come to agreement, they have decided to be their own test subjects and many report remarkable results. It may take some discernment, but if you find a company that feels right and offers a guarantee policy that allows ample time to try it on your own body, there is very little risk and much to gain. That is the best way to know if it is right for you.
