You can also get rid of stress by setting goals and dividing the work into smaller jobs. Learn to concentrate over the difficulties which are under your control and stop worrying about factors you don't have control over.

On other hand, you are able to say, "I know things are not falling in place, but every cloud has a silver lining!" Using positive remarks will neutralize your tensions considerably.

During teenage years, most of the people suffer from inferiority complex. Do not be ashamed of your short comings. If you lack in something, try not to conceal it. Such behavior is self destructive and results in to stress. Thus, you must believe in yourself. Accept yourself completely, as nobody is perfect!

However, if regular methods of anxiety control fail to help then to find guidance from a health is the best choice available. Remember, to be not influenced by what others say or feel about you. Being yourself is the only way to gain confidence and fight with teenage stress.
