When a person is in a bad mood, tired, hungry or just disappointed because of this or that reason it is very difficult to control your feelings. And it often happens that you start to behave in a rude way and to offend people.
Here are some advices for you how to avoid it:
o Try to escape from the society for some period of time and come back to people when you fell that your anger is disappeared.
o If you do not have the opportunity to escape from your family, explain all the members that you are not in a very good mood and it is not the best time now to have a conversation, ask them not to disturb you until you are not going to be in norm again.
o Switch on the pleasant music, take off the uncomfortable cloth, put on a bath-robe, it makes to feel you protected.
o Fill in the bath with the warm water. Switch on the aroma lamp; try to think about something pleasant and to have a rest.
o Do not keep your emotions inside. There are several ways to get rid of negative energy. Scream, but if you have children, do it somewhere far away from them in order not to make them scare. You cam beat the pillow; it also helps to release your negative emotions.
