Control Your Dream World Like In The Movie Inception

Control Your Dream World Like In The Movie Inception

By:

In his recent blockbuster science fiction film, Inception, Leonardo DiCaprio plays a dream thief. His task is to use the latest technique to enter in other people's dream worlds. In the movie, not only will you remember your dreams, but you can literally develop the dream world of your choice and also bounce between several dreams which are buried within other dreams.

Can you do the same? Well, you definitely can not hijack other people's dreams like in Inception. But, you can learn to build your own dream world and manage your dreams.

This is all available to individuals who are practicing lucid dreaming techniques and who are taking natural sleep aids that enhance deep sleep states. A lucid dreamer can actively participate in and shape imaginary experiences in the dream. Lucid dreams can seem to be extremely real and intense, depending on a person's degree of self-awareness while having the dream.

Most people consider lucid dreaming really pleasant. They also gain useful insight into life's frequent emotional challenges. Given that you are spending a full one-third of your lifetime asleep, why not take advantage of it and dream to your fullest desires? When you master this skill, you will instantly reclaim those lost eight hours every night. You will discover a previously unknown universe in which you control everything, just like in the movie Inception.

The method for having a state of conscious awareness during the sleep is easy. First, upon going to sleep, decide that you will absolutely become a participant in your dreams. Next, as you float away from your awaked state, keep your focus on something that is very attractive or positive such as an exceptionally pleasant memory during a past vacation, an early childhood memory, or merely focus on the empty screen of the mind as you brush away the free-floating thoughts that go through your mind. This point on the mind-screen is right at the center of the forehead and just above the nose, sometimes called the third eye.

Try it. With a few nights' practice you too can enter into a dimension of awe and wonder and enjoy the delight of your night... lucid dreaming! In case you wish to learn more about lucid dreaming, simply google it. More detailed instructions are available.

You can also take advantage of natural sleep aids to improve your body's ability to access deep dream states in which lucid dreaming happens. The following dietary supplements may help. If you decide to try them out, take them 15-20 minutes before going to sleep.

First, take valerian and chamomile extract. They help you calm down and fall into a lightly tranquil state of relaxation. You will also need to get some magnesium, melatonin, 5-HTP as well as indium sulphate. Magnesium relieves tension in your muscles. Melatonin tells the sleep center of the brain to switch off all the excitatory messages in the mind and helps you fall asleep. 5-HTP is a natural precursor to serotonin, another sleep hormone. And, indium sulphate, a rare trace mineral appears to work with the brain's HPA-complex - the master controller of all endocrine function - to put it into a state of balanced homeostasis. Indium sulphate is hard to find, but possibly one of the most important individual ingredients you may want to try.

Many of these natural sleep aids are purchasable in your nearby health foods store. But, there are usually only a handful sleep aids that include indium sulphate. If you can get all these ingredients in one dietary supplement, excellent. If not, you may need to buy them separately and prepare your own mix. It is well worth it.
