While there is a certain minimal risk associated with the job, this theory is completely baseless as of now. The safety aspect has become extremely important and there is a complete safety gear that will ensure that you are safe and protected while working. There is a certain risk with every job even if it is spoiling your eyes by staring at a computer screen continuously. To be realistic there is no reason to avoid construction jobs for safety reasons as long as you are geared correctly.

Another common myth is that there is no place for a woman in construction. This is completely false. While most women are no sent to the site, they can take care of the other aspects of construction.

A very common misconception is that education is not important for construction. While there is employment of unskilled labor, the top workers in construction are all highly qualified. To be in such an important position, education and knowledge are irreplaceable.

Some people believe that construction jobs do not come with any guarantee. This again is a myth. Once you get into the construction line, your future is secure and you are assured a happy and fulfilling career. It is nave to suppose that with the completion of a project the workers need is terminated. It is quite the opposite as one project will land you more and better opportunities.
