Considering Rent To Own Properties

By:

It doesn't seem to matter where you live nowadays, turn on the TV, read a paper, listen to the radio and you can tell how bad of an economic situation we are in right now. It's not even just the economy it's the recession, its lay offs and let gos.

It's a financial meltdown! For the Real Estate market in specifics people have been having massive problems with buying or selling their homes. But for people with bad credit that are trying to buy a house, this is the norm.

It seems like everyone else is just starting to realize it as well! It might seem like this one is down the tube but it's not. You actually can afford to buy a new home, any home you want and you can do this through a rent to own process.

A rent to own arrangement starts off as a conventional rental agreement, but the two parties agree to transfer ownership at the end of a specified period of time. The seller benefits from the higher monthly interest rates paid for the item, while the buyer benefits from the less regulatory credit qualifications.

A consumer with a poor credit history can usually enter into a rent to own agreement with only a few references and proof of steady employment. This really isn't a huge deal and it would be asked of you for any other big "buy" as well such as buying a new car or getting a loan.

These people don't care about your past they only care about your present and by seeing that you are at least trying to fix your credit or your situation, they will be more than eager to help you find homes to rent to own. I'm sure your next thought is about the actual homes. They can't be a dream home, right? Wrong!

Some of these rent to own homes are actually really nice and it doesn't depend on the rent to own process. It depends on where you want to live and where the rent to own home is. These homes are just like any other home. They aren't wrapped with a big red ribbon that says "not good enough". These homes are good enough! The only difference is that you are renting to own.

I could be doing something like this right now, but I simply don't want to live in Pennsylvania. Instead, I want to move back to Florida. But if I wanted to I could find a home to rent that could eventually be mine for ownership. Renting is a harsh experience especially if you work really hard for the money you earn.

You give and give and give to your landlord then after 2 or 3 years you realize how much money you just wasted on a home that wasn't even yours! If you pay $1500 per month right now on just rent that alone is $18,000 x 3 years is $54,000! Do you know what you could do with that money?

You could... rent to own. It's almost like a mortgage but not as steep in price and it usually will take you less time to pay off whatever you need to pay off. It's actually very useful for the person that does want to settle down and have their own dream home!
