As long as the small appliances fit into your kitchen decor, they do not have to match. If you like and want a black microwave oven, then buy it as it will easily fit into any color scheme. White and stainless steel will also fit into any color scheme. Using this as a base, you will be able to keep your small appliances for many years without having to replace them.

There are many ways that you can make your small appliances, including microwave ovens, work for any type of decor, and any size of kitchen. You just need to be creative, and make sure that you are not making any appliance purchases on a whim, just because they match the decor. Not everything has to match, as long as it goes together. If you want a black microwave oven, buy it. It will go with any color scheme (as will white and stainless steel), so you can keep your appliance for many years, without needing to replace it.
