Cosmetic surgery is an industry, and like any other industry, as a patient you may have had a bad experience. It may have been with the attitude of a receptionist, perhaps something more serious such as physical damage to your self resulting from a medical procedure or the results of a treatment were far less than desirable. In either situation, there is no reason why you should remain silent. Speak up, and make your compliant heard, because only then will you be able to be satisfied (and if the company doesnt rectify the matter, then just take your business elsewhere!) If you dont say anything about your experience, then youll probably be unhappy and remain that way.

When youve had a negative experience at a clinic, outline why you were unhappy and speak directly to the person who you interacted with. Make sure to take down the date and points of the meeting. If this does not help, then seek the assistance of someone higher up in the organization, such as the medical director.
