Comparing Saleslogix, Salespush And Zoho Crm Systems

If you've ever woken up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat wondering what the difference between the CRM platforms SalesPush, SalesLogix and ZOHO CRM is, then worry no longer. Pour yourself a triple espresso and get another one on the boil, because you're about to find out.

Let's start off with explaining a bit about CRM. This nifty little anagram stands for Customer Relationship Management, and it the systems used to unify a company's interaction with its customers. When a customer is in contact with a company, that person often thinks of that organisation as a single, uniform entity - and that anyone they speak to is, in some way, 'the company'. A good CRM system will tie up all processes, norms, strategies and policies when interacting with their customers, so that this 'single identity' idea continues and strengthens the brand concerned.

SalesLogix is a CRM system made by a company called E1 Business, whose main market is mid sized companies based in various industries including high technology, pharmaceutical, professional services and engineering. Their canon of services include pre-sales, actual sales, implementation and customisation, training and systems support throughout the life of the product. SalesLogix is based in Winchester, England. Ok, you've probably drunk the first triplet of espressos, and you're worried you won't have enough for the other two CRM companies, right?

Along with SalesLogix, you have many more CRM platforms to choose from. One of those is ZOHO CRM, based in the USA. This company offers affordable on-demand CRM - and even has a free version. They also offer a professional edition and an enterprise edition (for the larger customer base). ZOHO purports to combine campaigns, sales pipeline, leads and forecasts. Its Inventory Management features include products, vendors, sales quotes, invoices and orders. This software and service support also offers reports and dashboards as part of their analytic modules.

Perhaps your coffee pot is empty now, but let's take the final plunge and have a wee look at SalesPush - a CRM system with offices in the USA, UK and Asia. Legacy CRM syncing is something they focus on, along with providing a system which helps sales people by reducing stress levels with its easy to use interfaces. It states that it identifies where sales leads originates from, which helps improve sales in the future. Like SalesLogix and ZOHO, SalesPush aims to reduce bottlenecks, freeing up time and using it to make more sales.

OK, so there we have three broad overviews of three different CRM provision systems. It's certainly a complex area, but one which really does benefit both the customer and the business in question. Customers going through various points of contact get a very similar customer service experience - if the company is using an effective and appropriate CRM system. SalesLogix, SalesPush and ZOHO are three possible examples. Which one suits your company depends upon the size of your organization and how complex customer relationships might get in terms of processes used.
