Common Misconceptions About Women's Bodybuilding Training

Majority of the people who have weight issues are women. I'm not talking about weight issues in the sense of being obese or underweight. Rarely will you find a woman who is perfectly comfortable with how her body looks. If she has a great figure then she'll wish she had a smaller ass or smaller thighs. If she's fit to be a bikini model, then she might think that she doesn't have a curvy body that's feminine. Since they are the largest percentage of the population with weight issues, it will only be obvious that they will use almost any method that promises to give them instant results. Some are good ways while others are unhealthy and temporal. Here are some of the lies that we have bought in our desperation to have the so called perfect body.

1.Diet Pills

I'm not talking about something that I haven't myself used. While they do make you loose weight, the side effects are more severe than just the dent in your wallet. They increase you metabolism a bit too fast and while a high metabolism is good for fat loss, increasing it that fast only puts extra strain to the major organs I your body such as you heart and kidneys. You should consult with your nutritionist before you use controversial products such a diet pills. If there is no way of convincing you otherwise, just make sure that you take them in the required dosage. Doubling the dosage is not doubling the rate of fat loss, it's simply equivalent to drug abuse.

2.Diets

I won't try and pretend that I support those fat burning diets that leave you starving to death. Fat burning soups are taken by patients who have excessive fat around their vital organs and are awaiting surgery! The reason why I don't support those miracle working diets is because I don't think that you will stick to it until the day you die. What you do to get, you have to continue doing it in order to retain what you got. I believe in working with a diet which is practical, affordable, and healthy and one which you can comfortably stick to without feeling like your draining all the juice out of your life. So if you normally order a salad every time you go out to eat, just know that you're denying your body other very important nutrients such as proteins and carbohydrates.

3.Skipping Meals

This is one of the biggest fallacies that is spreading like a camp fire. Skipping meals just does the opposite of what you think it does. If your body gets used to you skipping meals, it will just simply store up more of what you eat and use I during the times when you don't eat. Also, you tend to over eat during the next meal as your body wants to compensate for the food you didn't eat. Take your meals regularly and religiously. The breakfast especially is a meal that you cannot afford to start your day without.
