Commitment Is Priority #1 In Any Business

Some firms have hundreds, thousands of great new products, adding more all the time but their network marketing teams continue to fail or give up too soon for obvious reasons that few understand.

Ironically, network marketing companies do not market their products on TV, in magazines, tabloids, newspapers, etc. Tens of thousands of network marketing associates comprise the conduit through which product sales are made each month.

Rather than paying ad agencies, TV stations, tabloids, or magazines for space ads, the network marketing companies pay commissions and override bonuses to their team leaders who sponsor new associates to help build their home based business.

Normally, a network marketing system grows when team leaders buy products and sponsor new team members in their business.

However, too many associates try to sponsor members on their team for the wrong reasons. Products drive the business growth which needs to be a priority focus of the business. New ideas about making BIG money gets our attention but quality products and buyers are needed.

Some of us have paid thousands of dollars in franchise fees, owned or rented brick and mortar locations to run our businesses before making the first sale or served the first meal hoping to make the BIG bucks.

A network marketing business can be started on a "shoe-string" budget, seldom more than a few hundred dollars but the success rate is terrible, only 3-5% on average in any given year.

Why do all businesses seem to fit the same mold? It usually means that successful business owners have made a time, money, and energy commitment to stick with the challenge focused on turning their business into a profit center, whatever it takes!

Network marketing is not an open door to big money and easy street in 90 days. Some of the most successful network marketing associates are average folks with commitment and goals to achieve success in their own home based business.

In capsule form, Network Marketing is simply telling others about your latest discovery and encouraging them to join YOUR team so they too can build a home based business, being the CEO of their own company.

Fortunately, the best network marketing firms have good training systems where associates can listen and learn from trained professionals, those who have enjoyed successful careers in network marketing for many years.

A home based business, residual income, extra streams of cash sounds awesome, right? Having your own business is exciting, too.

Remember, there is work, commitment of time and money necessary to build your own business. Just pay the fees and usual monthly auto-ship charges and you're in business is poor leadership advice.

As long as an associate waits on his/her UPline to do all the work for them.... As Paul Harvey says... "the rest of the story" is what connects the puzzle. It ain't going to happen.

You can sponsor new team members, show them, tell them, lead them and they will follow. Either you're buying and using the network groups products or nobody else will do it.

Miracles are awesome, we need more. However, network marketing success stories usually are the result of hard work and total commitment.
