Not having support is a big mistake - we all need the support of others. The main reason why people stay committed to their diet is because other are encouraging them to continue. You might join a weight loss forum and talk to others that are also struggling; mainly you should endeavor to find others to support your efforts.

Being committed to your weight loss diet is admirable. But it would be a mistake to go over this edge by overdoing it. Push too hard and you might cause more harm than good. Then you are right back where you started.

Don't starve yourself. Starvation diets are not healthy for anyone. Most people fail in the attempts and are right back at square one.

Exercising is excellent and if it's part of your diet be careful not to overdo it. If you are not used to jogging, you can't go out for a 10 mile run, work up to it as a goal.

You have to take some time to prepare mentally for your weight loss plan. Choose the right diet and stay committed. Remember, it will take some time to see the new you, so stay optimistic.
