Colour Therapy

Colours have vibrational frequency. Same way every organ and aspect of the human body also has a vibrational frequency. If the correct colour is choosen for the correct organ one can significantly improve its health. Colour is also connected with different psychological states a person experiences. Colour therapy is also linked to chakra work. One can use colour therapy through clothes and by lighting the dcor.

Treatment a disease given through colours is called colour therapy. This therapy is also called chromotherapy. The lack of a particular colour in the human system can cause various diseases. Colour therapy is a technique to restore imbalance of the body by applying coloured light to it. It was quite popular even in ancient times.

An old Indian vedic writing says, Human body is made of panch tatva i.e. five elements which are earth, water, fire, air and metal. Each element is designated by colour such as green for Earth, blue for Water, red for Fire, yellow for Air. The use of colour therapy has a long history. The ancient Egyptians and Greeks built healing temples of light and colour. In India and China, colour carried a greater impact, and it remains an integral part in ayurvedic medicine.

Before starting colour therapy patient subjected to an examination to determine which colour lacks in their body. The deficiency can be observed by the colour of eyeballs, urine, nails and excrement. If there is a deficiency of the blue colour, the eyes and nails will be reddish and urine and excrement yellowish or red. Sunlight plays a major role in recovery from diseases. Almost every affliction can be cured by the careful use of sunlight.

Method Of Treatment

There are two methods in colour therapy to treating disease. In the first method, the application of light used through different coloured glasses and in the second method coloured charged water used as an external or internal way.
