Color Copyboard And Its Uses

By:

Many business leaders are of the view that many of their meetings lack the ability to reproduce what was on the whiteboard during the whole process of the meeting. Of course meeting minutes can be maintained but it is always good to have a copy of the contents written on the whiteboard as a reference for the meeting minutes and also to make meetings themselves more efficient. In this respect color copyboard or simply copyboards are the excellent business tool that copies everything written on the copy board. Not just copying but these handy tools can also print the copied material and even allow you to save it on to any kind of removable media for printing it later on or for distributing it to the participants of the meeting or to the placing it on the offices intranet for future reference.
Color copyboard is essentially an electronic white board, the only difference being that the electronic whiteboard has features that designed for more interaction among users. Copyboards basically work in this way:
The user uses an erasable marker that is made up a special magnetic material. The board is made up of magnetic porcelain steel. When the user begins to scan the copyboard to save all that has been written, circuits inside the board together with the steel detect areas where impressions have been made. These impressions are mapped by an onboard processor that generates an image, a digital copy of what has been written. This image is then stored in a buffer after which the user is prompted to either print the image or should it be save on to a removable media like USB or SD cards. These copyboards also have the facility to allow the user to connect a PC to the copyboard via a USB port. The generated image can be saved as a JPEG image or a PDF document. Many copyboards come with their own management software that allows users to edit them.
To allow more flexibility a majority of color copyboards come with a built in flash memory that allows users to save the board content without having to install any special kind of software to store the scanned images.
The next useful feature is the image rendering technology that many copyboards employ. For example, the blurry marker text that is sometimes so difficult to scan can now be accurately done to produce easy to read conference notes.
Next well talk about the design of the copyboards. These electronic whiteboards have been cleverly designed to appeal to businesses where everything needs to be presentable in conference rooms hence they have been designed has thin and lightweight ideal for wall mounting making it look more neater and presentable in conferences rooms.
The color copyboards are admittedly the next best business tool for effective communication and documentation that helps promote a more focused and engaging meeting as well as keep employees up to date with all business proceedings.
