Cohousing can be an attractive option for a home seeker who wants to live in the community where they can make the most sense to promote their
property and to people who share it. People who are a little island or too busy to accommodate the demands of cohousing, this may not be a good fit. Many attractions, the cohousing will grow to the point that many lenders recognize it as a good investment.
