Clear Up Acne - Working Tips To Treat Acne

By:

Even though there is a great number of treatments to choose from in today's society. Creams, medications and lotions are at your disposal, but the problem persists. like following some tips that can help you cure acne naturally:

Some nutrient supplements that are very effective in acne treatment and are based on natural substances are: vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid, found in eggs and whole wheat), azelaic acid (found in wheat, barley and rye), zinc, selenium and chromium. These can be used along with your other natural acne remedies after consultation with your doctor.

You have to exfoliate. There are a lot of hypoallergenic facial scrubs that are available in the market today. But you have to make sure that these scrubs are of good standard and that the reviews for it is positive. Remember that you can exfoliate to the maximum of two times a week. And you don't have to scrub it hard to the skin in order to get the full effect. Hard scrubbing will only irritate the skin, making it prone to more blackheads.

Take tomato slices and rub them on the surface of skin. Tomato is rich in vitamin A and various enzymes that help in repair of the skin and thus, in improving its texture.

Crush painkiller aspirin pill in water to use as a face wash daily to cure acne/ pimples naturally at home. Cut the sugar out of your diet. I used to have monthly flare-ups of blemishes. The remedy that worked best for me was to give up sugar. I replaced the sugar in my diet with honey or molasses. Believe it or not, refined sugar is processed to remove the nutrients. The bi-product is molasses, which retains all the nutrition lost in the processing. If you must eat sugar, eat brown unrefined sugar and cut back when your acne flares up. Artificial sweeteners come with a variety of warnings and health risks. Splenda does not currently contain warning labels, but it is highly processed and refined and simply not what nature intended.

Avoid, as far as possible, consuming foods like red meat, cakes, pastries, cookies, pizzas, colas, etc., that are invariably rich in saturated/hydrogenated fats and/or in sugar.

Honey is a natural moisturizing and antiseptic agent. Honey helps in healing of acne scars and soothes any inflamed areas of scars.
