Cleansing the colon can be habitual? Really?!? Well I dont know if it can be come habit forming or not but it is one habit we ought to form! When it comes to better health I cant think of a more fitting way to feel better and start you on the path to long term health. Good health is a lifestyle and cleansing the colon is the first step in that direction.

How can it accomplish so much? It begins with a diet and eating pattern that gently and gradually cleanses the colon all the while it is changing your eating habits and starting to teach you how to eat. How often we eat has as much to do with weight gain and loss as how much we eat.

The truth is smaller meals at shorter intervals increases your metabolism and helps you to burn fat instead of store it. Now that doesnt mean you just eat all you want as often as you want because that will make you fat. There is, however, a happy spot in the middle of only eating three times a day and over eating that will cause you to lose weight and be healthier.

Cleansing the colon only jump starts the whole process into over drive. Myself personally, I lost 12 pounds in 6 days and have lost over 25 pounds in total by changing how I eat more than I changed what I eat. And yes I sure did cleanse the colon to jump start all of that.

I was diagnosed as a pre-diabetic and the very last thing I want to become, if at all possible, is a diabetic. It is a long suffering disease that slowly affects just about every system in the body. That is my motivation, to avoid that at all cost.

Now how did I get to be a pre-diabetic? Well there are diabetics in my family, so the genetics were there. I didnt do anything to slow its coming though with how I took care of myself. Im just so thankful they found it before it became full blown diabetes. I felt like I was given a second chance to get it right.

Nobody wants to find themselves in that type of situation where you find out you have diabetes or cancer or something like that when you could have avoided it by just taking better care of yourself.

So do yourself a favor, dont wait until its to late for cleansing the colon, be proactive and beat whatever it is to the punch. Remember, good health is a lifestyle, not something you think youll give a try someday.
