Clayton Walters received his Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University in May 2011. His overall GPA was 3.77/4.00, the major GPA 3.74/4.00 and his accounting course only GPA was 3.55/4.00. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration Magna Cum Laude in General Business, Accounting, Marketing, Business Law Emphases from Mississippi State University. His major GPA was 3.77/4.00.
A dedicated student, Clayton Walters also completed an internship at M.M. Winkler and Associates P.A. for six weeks in summer 2011. During the internship, his responsibilities included working in the field, dealing with clients and working with and under associates. While at Mississippi State University, he was also chosen under the MSU Global Leadership Program to travel to South Korea and Japan. He toured corporations, universities and cultural sites while traveling these countries.

Clayton Walters was very active in various student activities and he was a part of different student organizations. He was a part of the Young Americans for Liberty and Maroon VIP. He also joined the Pre-Law Society and was honored with a position on the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He was a member of FCA (Fellow of Chartered Accountants). An active sportsperson, he took part in Men"s Cross Country and Men"s Track and Field events. He also coached SAY Youth Basketball team from 2009-2010 and worked as SYSO Youth Soccer Coach from 2008-2009. He is also a member of various honorary organizations such as Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi and Lambda Sigma. His scholarly achievements earned him a place on the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Order of Omega.

Clayton Walters has worked for welfare of his fellow human beings by associating with Habitat for Humanity in 2011 and Meals on Wheels in summers of 2006-2008. He also volunteered with Starkville High School Cross Country, Track and Field from 2006-2008 and he also volunteered with Starkville Recycling from 2006-2007. A hardworking student and a responsible human being, Clayton Walters is presently studying for his Masters of Tax Accounting from University of Alabama.
