In order for you do enroll people, they have to know, like and trust you.

It's true that each of us have different levels of this magical ingredient.

Take what you can get... to start off with, but as you build your Cieaura business, you need to have a system in place for increasing your own influence and the influence levels of the people on your team.

To do this, youll need to have some sort of educational system or training system in place for all of your team members. This will ensure that they are constantly learning, growing and increasing their influence.

Most people think they need to 1st become an expert and 2nd demonstrate their incredible knowledge to their prospects. WRONG! Even though you may become good at doing just that... odds are, your team will be terrible at that and they would be able to achieve success.

The minute your prospect tells you that they are open to looking, tell them when your next live cieaura presentation is. Let 1 person (the presenter) be the expert. That way the whole team does not have to become experts.
