Christian Infidelity - Heal Your Pain With Daily Devotions

Are you in pain and are feeling very alone because of Christian infidelity in your marriage? When I found out about my husband's year long affair I felt extremely alone. I felt that I couldn't talk to anyone about it and that I was carrying this huge ugly secret inside of me and there was nothing I could do about it. My spirit had been crushed and my heart had been shattered and I had no idea what to do or where to turn.

Does this sound like you? Healing from our spouse's Christian infidelity is the hardest thing we will ever have to go through. The pain can be all consuming and the obsessive thoughts can make you feel like you are literally going crazy! I remember searching the Internet and I found some good support on there from message boards, forums and email groups but I still felt so alone.

We went to counseling and my husband did everything he could think of to make things better but for some reason my pain would not go away. It had such a strong hold on me that I thought it was going to kill me. I felt like I had fallen down a deep dark hole and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't climb out. I was getting more and more depressed as the months went on and then it turned into anger and then I noticed that I was becoming resentful and bitter.

I didn't want to become this type of woman who was nasty and bitter because of her husband's Christian infidelity. So, I decided that I needed to do something for myself so I searched out some daily devotions because I needed to get closer to God. With all that was going on, I was trying to go it alone and I realized that I could no longer do this on my own. I needed help and I wasn't getting it from any other source.

Once I started using daily devotions, I noticed that I started to feel better about myself. My anger was slipping away and my heart was starting to heal from the Christian infidelity in my marriage. As I became closer to God, I in turn became closer to my husband and I was having more good days than bad days. I enjoyed being with my husband again and then one day I noticed that I was no longer in pain.
