Choose Exciting Indianapolis 500 Invitations And Party Supplies For A Great Party

Indianapolis 500 invitations and party supplies should be purchased or made in time for the party. Two to three weeks from the race send out the party invitations so that way the guest will have plenty of time to accept the invite and plan other daily events around the day of the race. Decide on the party room decorations according to the racing theme.

If everything is ready by the day of the Indianapolis 500, then the party should be a great success. Have other activities available for those who do not care to watch the entire 500 laps, or even for those who would like to take a break from it from time to time. The party supplies needed for this part of the entertainment is a couple decks of cards to be able to play various card games during the race. The second part would a remote control race track set, including the cars to be able to race around a track with and the third part. The third part would be prizes for the kids who might be attending this party or not.

A card table near the television set, or just behind the TV party audience, will allow card players to watch, as well, without disturbing the die hard fans. The race can last over three hours, so besides eating finger foods and snacks playing cards while watching the race offers more options. With the party supplies remember to include; plates, napkins, cups and eating utensils. Finger foods might include such things as pizza, wings, chicken fingers, mini sandwiches or submarines and various chips and dips.

Continuing along on this Indianapolis 500 party is the decorations and food list to be included in the overall party supplies list. The list of colors for the table cloths are as follows; black for where the race car track has been setup, yellow for the food or snacks table, and lastly green for use with card games. White table cloths could be used for any other activities or tables that are off limits to be used. In laying out the additional party supplies for the room include such thing as; black, white, green and yellow streamers. Also include race car banners, such as caution flags, checked flags, green flags, etc.
