Chiro Fed Way - Causes Of Back Pain

By:

Numerous reasons are responsible for the increasing cases of back pain. Modern day lifestyle of sitting for long periods and traffic accidents are some of the causes of these problems. Too much medication which affects bone structure can trigger the painful experiences too. Age is also a factor since the body is not able to keep up with the natural degeneration that happens. A chiro Fed Way is able to help you know the cause of the pain.

Road accidents have greatly contributed to a large number of back problems. When an accident happens, the body is jolted violently and this can introduce unnatural turning or twisting of the spine. The resultant effect is misplaced or dislocated spinal discs. Nerves that are located in the spinal cord can become pressed or strained as a result, which causes pain.

A back pain can be triggered by bending or turning the body while exercising. While exercise is good for the entire body, strenuous exercises can cause more harm than good. The tissue in the spinal column nay be strained in the process which will result in a painful back. Lifting objects that are too heavy also puts a lot of strain on the back which can result in pain.

The body is not built to stay in one posture for long durations. While standing for long, the spinal cord is subjected to pressure which can result in pain. Standing in a posture that shifts the weight to one side of the body is enough to cause discomfort too.

The bone structure in the body can degenerate over time due to a number of factors. When one grows old, the whole body is not able to replenish worn out tissue and bones at the required rate. Degeneration happens eventually and since the back is not able to withstand the physical shocks of daily life, pain is felt. Some types of medicines also affect the bones which makes them wear out over time.

Most of our daily activities have contributed immensely to the back problems afflicting people. Many working hours are spent in a sitting position. Added to that is the time spent while driving. This pressurizes the spinal cord and can lead to discomfort over time. Those who sit in a slouching position are at a higher risk of developing back problems. Maintaining a bad seating position is a surefire way to get a painful back.

Some uncommon causes of back problems are infections and tumors. Growths can occur in the body tissue at the back, resulting in pain. There are other cases where pain is experienced without any known cause. These cases are sometimes difficult to solve. For example, one may wake up with a back pain while there was non the previous day.

Many factors contribute to a painful back. Some are brought about by lifestyle situations like work. Sitting for long periods while working or driving is a major contributor to this problem. Sitting or standing in the wrong position is known to result in a painful back too. Old age makes the bones and tissue to wear out faster than it gets replenished which gradually introduces pain to the back.
