Chinese stir fry is a kind of cooking method which uses very high heat temperature in order to cook the ingredients. Stir frying is a quick paced cooking while not overcooking the dish, which can lead to lost of vitamins. With high heat over a wok, stir-frying gives the recipe a great "wok hei" smell along with retaining the natural taste of the food.

Chinese food is really popular in my family especially stir fried cuisines. Beef-broccoli is the most adored, a favorite American Chinese dish. The tasty beef tenderloins along with the crispy broccoli coated in the flavorful ginger-garlic sauce will make those who have tried it asking for more.

Chinese beef-broccoli stir fry can be easily prepared at home. Cooking the beef-broccoli is not that difficult.
