Sometimes, kids can drive you nuts especially when you force them to eat healthy foods such as vegetables and wheat grains. You will do a lot of things and sometimes bribery can be quite helpful. Actually, there are many tips that you need to be aware of, and these will also help you build their immune system. Apart from that, you can also teach your children to become responsible and let them help you cook their own meal.

Certainly, they would find it very exciting and fun. Horeover, you need also to be creative and playful, so your children will enjoy eating their snacks or meal.

Actually, we have here few tips from various parents feedback. Most of these tips are proven already and practice by some parents. These are the following:

1.New Vegetable theme lunch box with compartments= Buy your kids with new lunch box with vibrant veggie-background and different compartments. This will help you educate your kids about the importance of being healthy and teach them how to regulate their food. Like for instance, including cheese on their diet. We all know that too much consumption of cheese can make you unhealthy. Therefore, the cheese would be placed in the small section. One thing let your children do the preparation so that they can appreciate that little activity.

2.Introduce veggie finger foods = Most children love finger foods especially the colorful one. Instead of following the commercial ingredients, you can substitute for veggie or fruits or be a little artistic when in terms of preparation.

3.Buy your children with cooking stuff = generally, the children love to play, so in-order for you to catch their attention, you have to put yourself on their shoe. Buy them with cooking stuff and include your children in your cooking activities. Make sure you keep the sharp things away from them and teach your children also the basic cooking ethics such as wearing of apron when cooking, and wash their hands after doing it. They will definitely love that activity and eventually become a habit. Moreover, you should also have a healthy recipe for your children.

4.Introduce your children with playful and colorful fruits = Kids love vibrant colors and sometimes they are attracted with different sizes. Therefore, to catch their attention, you have to buy fruits with different shades of color and sizes. When introducing these, you should be creative such as arrange these like candies or make fruit jam for their sandwiches.
