Child Discipline Book -most Books Are Missing Critical Information

By:

What exactly is missing then? Your child's diet, and it is the one thing that most parents want to ignore. It takes a real effort to change our eating habits, but the type of food that our children eat has a major impact on their behavior. And this step is the most important in changing their behavior, mental state and emotional state as well.

Todays foods are filled with preservatives and toxins which inhibit your childs emotional and physical growth. These foods make it very hard for your child to deal with the every day emotions and stress that they encounter.

And as you well know, adding extra sugar in your child's diet leads directly to hyper-activity and lack of concentration. Most parents will allow their child to drink sodas and eat candy all day long anyway. Mood swings, temper tantrums and low self esteem is the result.

Any child discipline program should have this information included, but sadly, most do not. However, there is another component in their diet that plays a huge roll, and that is the type of water they drink.

Your tap water is full of heavy metals and toxins that affect their behavior. And the worst of them all is the chlorine. A 93% increase in the likelyhood that you will contract cancer is the direct result of drinking chlorinated water. So it is best for everyone in your family to drink filtered water. You would be surprised that almost all child discipline books leave this point out.

A dramtic change in your child's behavior is the result of having him drink more water. You see, when your child's body is dehydrated, mood swings and their abilty to cope with stress is affected. You are really asking for trouble when you allow them to drink those sugary sodas. A lack of focus and added irritability is going to take overyour child, and their built up emeotions are going to come roaring out.

Dehydration, which many people do not even realize, is the number one reason for stress in their lives, and it is no different for your child. An infammatory response is sent from the brain as a result of the dehydration. This leads to lack of focus, hyperactivity and harsh mood swings.

Do not even bring the sugary sodas in the house and drink filtered water instead. These sugary drinks have been proven to reduce dopamine levels in the brain which results in the hyperactivity and mood swings.
