Child Discipline Book - Missing Information

By:

Alright, exactly what is it that is missing? It is the diet your child is accustomed to, and it is the one thing that most parents want to avoid. Your child's behavior is directly linked to their diet. This is one of the most crucial steps that you can take to help your child, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Your child's ability to deal with stress is greatly affected by the toxin filled foods of today. These foods make it very hard for your child to deal with the every day emotions and stress that they encounter.

And as you well know, adding extra sugar in your child's diet leads directly to hyper-activity and lack of concentration. Most parents will allow their child to drink sodas and eat candy all day long anyway. But all of this sugar leads to mood swings, temper tantrums, but worst of all, low self esteem.

All child discipline programs should have this information included in them, but sadly, most do not. However, there is another component in their diet that plays a huge roll, and that is the type of water they drink.

Your tap water is full of heavy metals and toxins that affect their behavior. And the worst of them all is the chlorine. Studies have shown that drinking chlorinated water increases your risk of cancer by 93%. This is the number one reason to use a filter on your tap. this is another important piece of information that is left out of most child discipline books.

By drinking more water, your child's behavior and mood swings will change for the better. being dehydrated causes the brain to be sluggish and toxins are allowed to build up in the body, creating the bad behavior and mood swings. You are really asking for trouble when you allow them to drink those sugary sodas. A lack of focus and added irritability is going to take overyour child, and their built up emeotions are going to come roaring out.

Dehydration, which many people do not even realize, is the number one reason for stress in their lives, and it is no different for your child. When your body is lacking water, your brain sends out distress signals, but the lack of fluids in your body causes an inflammatory response instead. This inflammation results in hyperactivity, lack of focus and very harsh mood swings.

Drink extra filtered water and reduce the sugary drinks from your child's diet. Lower dopamine activity in the brain results in the mood swings which is caused by these sugary drinks.
