I'm not talking "cheap" in the sense of being a stinky fragrance or cologne, but rather in terms of being inexpensive. Thus, cheap women's perfume! About several years, tops products having discounted prices are happening throughout the week right after the Holiday season. A lot of items, such as bottled perfumes, were marked down 50% or more. Toward the end of the week, existing items were marked down by 80% or 90% off--a huge savings! I would stock up on my cheap women's perfume and holiday wrapping paper at that time.

For the past few years however, the week right after Thanksgiving is your best time to shop. I hope to be able to buy bulk fragrance, to save even more money! Most every female I know will be getting cheap women's perfume for Christmas this year from me--my son's teacher, the hairdresser, my housecleaner, friends, family members, etc. I've already purchased cute gift bags and tissue paper.
