Cheap Hotels In Paris

By:

Finding a cheap and comfortable hotel to vacation at while vacationing in Paris can sometimes be an unfruitful chore. Brochures that you read often don't provide enough data so that you can really get an autonomous view of where you'll be staying. Many vacationers in low rate hotels expect their hotel to lack certain amenities, but you want to be able to know what is going without and not be surprised about going without points. Two examples of characteristics that people are often insulted to find and discover later, are no elevator and whether or not there is a private bathroom. On the other hand, most people will foresee certain omitting services but want to choose which items they can live without.

There are quite a few good, clean and low-cost hotels in Paris, however, I will just cover five of my picks. I will include information about why I like them, their minuses and a review.

1. Hotel Armstrong Paris - This is a good, comfortable and well kept hotel. It's address is 36, Rue de la Croix Saint-Simon
75020 Paris. I pick this hotel because of the friendly service and the extra amenities for a hotel at this price. I may reconsider this hotel because it is located 15 minutes by Metro from the center of Paris.

Typical reviews include:

"The hotel is really very close to the metro station, the rooms are a little small, but when you come to visit paris this is a perfect spot to stay. The breakfast is good, and the staff speaks good English. In the night it is quit around the hotel.also your car is save in the hotel garage. "

2. Htel Delos Vaugirard - This is an excellently located hotel that is clean and comfortable. It's address is Paris - 7 rue du Gnral Beuret 75015. I like this hotel because is in the 15th arrondissement and because it is clean. I dislike this hotel because is only close to a few attractions I like and because it is hard to find.

Typical reviews include:

"The bathroom was long and narrow. Using the toilet meant putting your legs slightly sideways - and that without being extraordinary tall. But it was all nice and clean. "

3. Htel Moulin Vert - This is a small, cozy hotel that is decorated from the 1970s but a great value. Located at is Paris 14me Montparnasse - 74 rue du Moulin Vert, Metro: Pernety 75014. I like this hotel because it is a good value and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I dislike this hotel because the room decor is old and sometimes the rooms feel old.

Typical reviews include:

"Indeed the hotel needs some renovations, but it's a great place to stay in while visiting Paris. The price was very good and the location is great. It's a quit neighborhood, there are no problems coming late at night. There are 3 subway stations within 10 minutes walk and you can go everywhere from there. The stuff was very polite and nice. The rooms are very small and breakfast is not varied, but it wasn't a problem for us, we had a lovely stay and we would definitely go back there."

4. Htel Riviera - This is a very nice and centrally located hotel with personal service. It's address is Paris - 55 rue des Acacias 75017.
I like this hotel because it is close to the Arc of Triomphe and because it has friendly, personal service. I don't like this hotel because the rooms are smaller than average and they have a small elevator.

Typical reviews include:

"The receptionists were always very helpful when it came time to give directions and telling us where the monuments were."

5. Grand Htel Amelot - This is a inexpensive and bare bones hotel located in a wonderful location in Paris. Can be found at is Paris - 54, Rue Amelot 75011. I chose this hotel because it is inexpensive and located near the Bastille and the Rebublique. I dislike this hotel because the service has had some poor reviews and you're getting a basic hotel.

Typical reviews include:

"Although this hotel is in a good location - very close to the Bastille - and is also clean, we came away disappointed. There were 2 main reasons."

There are many great valued hotels and inexpensive hotels in Paris. There are also some hotels that shouldn't be recommended but are cheap and people put up with the bad service or poor decoration or other thing in order to otherwise afford visiting Paris.

Good luck and bon voyage.
