Charter Flights From Denmark To Egypt Are Back. Cooperation With Danish Tourism Market Continues

Starting from October 16, 2010 Spot Reisen GmbH Germany together with its mother company Spot Air Egypt and the well-known Danish tour operator Atlantis Rejser will continue operating weekly commercial charter flights between Egypt and Denmark.

Just before the start of the high peak summer season Roland Taylor, Managing Director of Spot Reisen, is able to confirm a big success for the company. The weekly charter operations between Egypt and Denmark have been arranged for summer 2010 with an expected 2,300 passengers and for winter 2010/2011 with an expected 21,600 passengers, including all year domestic flights between Luxor and Sharm El Sheikh. To ensure a safe, secure and high-quality operation, Spot Air and Spot Reisen will provide internationally licensed aircrafts of the types Boeing 737-800 and Airbus 320 with Danish-speaking crew on board.

The weekly rotation will connect the Danish cities of Copenhagen and Billund with the Egyptian resort cities of Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Taba and Luxor. This enables Danish tourists to visit the main tourist destinations of Egypt, enjoying the mild sunny climate, never ending beaches, the Red Sea, excellent hotels, diving, exotic bazaars, and other cultural experiences.

Pre-check-in, high-quality in-flight service and duty free in-flight shopping will be offered for the Atlantis Rejser passengers. In addition, passengers will benefit from duty free delivery on board of goods purchased at the airport duty free shops.

The total forecasted number of passengers of Spot Air and Spot Reisen for 2010 is 120,000. The initial start of cooperation with Atlantis Rejser will increase this number to 130,000 passengers. The contract of co-operation was signed following the visit of Ibrahim Ramadan, CEO of Atlantis Rejser, to the Cairo headquarter to discuss business development with Roland Taylor, Amr Aboukoura and Mohamed Hamed representing Spot Reisen in Europe and Spot Air in Egypt and the Middle East.

Together with the global partners network, Spot Air and Spot Reisen are able to offer tour operators a unique all-in-one package of totally integrated aviation business solutions, tailor made to the customers requirements, incl. handling, technical services and traffic rights.
